little boy and his bear

The first time I introduced Jensen to "barnsey" the Barnes and Noble Bear, he screamed. To his credit, the bear is almost as big as he is, so I can understand how that can be overwhelming. As you can see in this picture, Jensen and Barnsey are good buds now.

Jensen had his first ear infection this week. Poor little guy. We knew something was up when we really couldn't get him to stop crying and he wouldn't even take his paci. The gumdrop is usually all it takes to soothe him, so it was suprising to say the least. A quick look at his ear, and the doctor said that he has quite the infection. He hates the medicine--I don't blame him, it smells like a bad perm with a hint of bubblegum to cover up the smell.

He has been enjoying school. Today when I picked him up they again mentioned the fact that he is becoming quite the ladies man. :) There are only a few girls in his class, and he has made fast friends with all of them. :) Oh Jensen, this is just the beginning. With those baby blue eyes, you are sure to melt the hearts of many ladies---you already melt mine for sure! If you grow up to be as charming of a man as you are a little boy---look out.
